Introduction
Welcome to Reiki Jyoti. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website, platform, and services. By accessing our website or purchasing any course or subscription, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions along with our Sales Policy and Refund and Return Policy. Please read these terms carefully before using our platform.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to register and use our platform. By creating an account, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and complete. Reiki Jyoti reserves the right to refuse service to anyone at its sole discretion.
2. Account Registration and Security
Each user is permitted to create one account per mobile number. Account registration requires a valid phone number and login is completed via OTP verification. Multiple accounts created by the same individual using different phone numbers are a violation of our policy. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Login sessions can be saved on your device for convenience. If unauthorized access to your account is suspected, notify us immediately at info@reikijyoti.com.
Course content can be accessed from one device at a time per account. Simultaneous login from multiple devices is not permitted. Reiki Jyoti reserves the right to enforce this policy through technical measures.
3. Course Purchase and Enrollment
Students may purchase multiple courses simultaneously in a single transaction or separately at any time. Each course purchase grants individual and independent lifetime access to that course. Purchasing multiple courses does not affect the access or validity of any individual course.
Students who purchase multiple attunement courses may schedule their attunements at their own convenience. However, only one attunement session is permitted per day regardless of the number of courses purchased. Students are responsible for scheduling each attunement on separate days as per their own availability. Reiki Jyoti will provide guidance on scheduling attunement sessions upon course completion.
4. Course Access and Content
Upon successful purchase, students receive lifetime access to enrolled courses. Course materials are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week through your registered account dashboard.
Video lessons can be streamed on the platform or via YouTube link but cannot be downloaded. PDF materials can be viewed and downloaded. Text lesson content cannot be copied. Images can be viewed and downloaded. Audio content can be listened to on the platform but cannot be downloaded. Live sessions are not available currently.
Videos are hosted directly on the Reiki Jyoti platform and may also be linked to third-party platforms such as YouTube. Reiki Jyoti reserves the right to update, modify, or remove course content at any time for quality improvement.
Blog content is accessible under Monthly or Yearly subscription plans. Access expires automatically at the end of the subscription period. Expired subscriptions must be renewed to regain access.
5. Certificate Policy
A completion certificate will be issued upon successfully completing all lessons and requirements of a standard course.
For courses requiring spiritual attunement, the certificate will be issued only after completing all course lessons and successfully receiving the attunement as guided by the instructor. Certificates are issued digitally to the registered email address. Certificates are non-transferable and issued in the student’s registered name only.
6. Intellectual Property Rights
All content available on Reiki Jyoti including video lessons, audio content, PDF materials, text lessons, images and graphics, and course structure and design is the exclusive intellectual property of Reiki Jyoti and is protected under applicable copyright laws.
7. Student Conduct and Prohibited Activities
By using our platform, you agree not to share, distribute, resell, or reproduce any course content in any form. You agree not to record course videos, audio, or any platform content through screen recording. You agree not to take screenshots of any course content, lessons, or materials. You agree not to upload or share course materials on any third-party platform. You agree not to use course content for commercial purposes without written permission. You agree not to attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or disrupt the platform. You agree not to create multiple accounts to manipulate offers or discounts. You agree not to share account credentials with any other person. You agree not to engage in any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations.
Violation of any of the above will result in immediate account suspension without refund.
8. Account Suspension and Termination
Reiki Jyoti reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account without prior notice and without refund under the following circumstances. Sharing or reselling course content. Screen recording of any course material. Taking screenshots of any course content or materials. Operating multiple accounts for fraudulent purposes. Sharing account login credentials with others. Simultaneous access from multiple devices. Providing false information during registration. Engaging in abusive, offensive, or inappropriate behavior toward instructors or staff. Any violation of these Terms and Conditions.
Upon termination, all access to purchased courses will be revoked immediately.
9. Pricing, Payments and Orders
All prices are in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Payments are processed securely through Cashfree Payment Gateway under PCI DSS standards. Accepted payment methods include UPI, Credit and Debit Cards, Net Banking, Wallets, EMI, and Direct Bank Transfer. A digital receipt will be sent to your registered email upon successful payment. Reiki Jyoti reserves the right to modify prices and offers at any time.
10. Refunds and Returns
Digital courses are non-refundable once accessed. Accidental purchases may be refunded 100% if reported within 24 hours and the course has not been accessed. Duplicate payments will be refunded within 3 to 7 business days. Blog subscriptions are strictly non-refundable. Physical product returns are accepted subject to conditions outlined in our Refund and Return Policy.
11. Instructor Policy
Reiki Jyoti currently operates with a single instructor. All course content, attunements, and certifications are delivered under the guidance of the instructor. Reiki Jyoti reserves the right to add additional instructors in the future. Instructor details will be clearly mentioned on each course page.
12. Disclaimer
Reiki Jyoti provides spiritual education and complementary energy healing training. Our courses and services are not a substitute for modern medical treatment or professional medical advice. Results from energy healing practices may vary from person to person. Reiki Jyoti does not guarantee any specific outcomes from the use of our courses or services.
13. Limitation of Liability
Reiki Jyoti shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our platform. We are not liable for temporary unavailability of the website or technical disruptions. We are not liable for loss of data due to circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any third-party content linked through our platform including YouTube. Our total liability in any case shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant course or service.
14. Changes to Terms and Conditions
Reiki Jyoti reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our platform after changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms and Conditions. For significant changes, registered users will be notified via email.
15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at North Lakhimpur, Lakhimpur, Assam — 787001.
