All orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.

Orders are generally dispatched within two (2) working days from the date of order confirmation.

During festivals, public holidays, natural disasters, high order volumes, technical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances, processing and dispatch times may be extended.

2. Shipping and Delivery Time

Once dispatched, orders are generally delivered within 7 to 10 working days.

Delivery timelines are estimates provided by third-party logistics partners and may vary depending on:

Weather conditions

Transportation disruptions

Public holidays

Government restrictions

Remote service areas

Operational delays of logistics providers

While Reiki Jyoti makes every reasonable effort to ensure timely delivery, delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.

3. Shipping Charges

Free Shipping

All orders with a total order value of ₹500 or more qualify for free shipping.

Orders Below ₹500

Where applicable, shipping charges will be displayed during checkout before payment is completed.

4. Tracking Information

Once an order has been shipped, tracking details will be shared through the contact information provided during checkout.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate email addresses, phone numbers, and delivery addresses.

Failure to provide accurate information may result in delays or unsuccessful delivery attempts.

5. Inspection of Package at Delivery

Customers are advised to carefully inspect the package before accepting delivery.

If the package appears to be:

Opened

Torn

Tampered with

Broken

Crushed

Damaged in transit

the customer should refuse to accept the delivery whenever possible.

Acceptance of a visibly damaged or tampered package may affect our ability to investigate and process certain claims.

6. Damaged, Incorrect, or Defective Products

If a customer receives:

A damaged product

A defective product

An incorrect product

A product significantly different from the item ordered

the customer must notify Reiki Jyoti within 48 hours of delivery.

Customers may be required to provide:

Order number

Photographs of the product

Photographs of the packaging

Description of the issue

Claims reported after the specified period may not be eligible for review.

7. Replacement or Refund for Damaged Shipments

If a customer refuses delivery because the package is visibly damaged, opened, tampered with, broken, or otherwise compromised during transit, the customer should immediately notify Reiki Jyoti and provide supporting photographs whenever possible.

After verification of the claim and confirmation from the logistics provider, the customer may choose either:

A replacement of the ordered product, subject to availability; or

A full refund of the amount paid for the affected order.

Refunds, where approved, will be processed through the original payment method and may take approximately 7 to 14 business days, depending on the payment provider and financial institution.

Reiki Jyoti reserves the right to investigate and verify all damage-related claims before approving a replacement or refund.

8. Collection of Damaged Products

Where a damaged product claim is approved, Reiki Jyoti will arrange for the collection (pickup) of the damaged product at its own expense, wherever pickup services are available.

Customers should retain:

The product

Original packaging

Shipping labels

Any related materials

until the claim review process is completed.

9. Failed Delivery Attempts

If delivery cannot be completed due to reasons attributable to the customer, including but not limited to:

Incorrect address

Incomplete address

Incorrect contact details

Customer unavailable at the delivery location

Refusal to accept a properly delivered order

additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch or re-delivery.

10. Delivery Address Responsibility

Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that the shipping address and contact information provided during checkout are accurate and complete.

Reiki Jyoti shall not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or losses resulting from incorrect information provided by the customer.

Access to digital products is generally provided automatically after successful payment confirmation.

Natural disasters
