This Refund & Return Policy explains the terms governing refunds, returns, replacements, and cancellations for purchases made through Reiki Jyoti.

2. Digital Products and Online Courses

Most digital products available through Reiki Jyoti are delivered electronically and course access is automatically granted immediately after successful payment.

Due to the nature of digital products, all purchases of digital courses, downloadable resources, e-books, certificates, and similar digital content are generally non-refundable and non-returnable once access has been provided.

3. Reiki Attunements and Spiritual Services

Reiki attunements, energy healing sessions, spiritual consultations, and related services involve personal participation and individual experiences.

Results and experiences may vary from person to person. Reiki Jyoti does not guarantee any specific spiritual, emotional, financial, professional, personal, or health-related outcomes.

Accordingly, refunds will not be granted solely because a customer is dissatisfied with perceived results or outcomes.

4. Duplicate Payments

If a customer is charged more than once for the same transaction due to a technical error, payment gateway issue, or processing problem, Reiki Jyoti will review the transaction and refund the duplicate amount after verification.

Customers should notify us within seven (7) days of the transaction date.

5. Non-Delivery of Digital Products

If payment has been completed successfully but access to the purchased course or digital product has not been provided, customers must contact us within seven (7) days of purchase.

After verification, Reiki Jyoti may provide access to the purchased product or issue a refund where appropriate.

6. Physical Products – Returns and Replacements

Returns or replacements may be considered only if:

– The product was damaged during transit.

– The wrong product was delivered.

– The product received is materially different from the product ordered.

Customers must notify Reiki Jyoti within forty-eight (48) hours of delivery and may be required to provide photographs and supporting information.

7. Non-Returnable Products

The following items are generally not eligible for return, replacement, or refund:

– Opened Reiki Kits

– Used Spiritual Products

– Customized or Personalized Products

– Gift Items

– Products damaged due to misuse or negligence

– Products damaged after successful delivery

– Products showing signs of use or tampering

8. Return Shipping

Where a return request is approved, customers will receive instructions regarding the return process.

Returns sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

9. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method whenever possible.

Payments made through Razorpay or other authorized payment providers will generally be refunded to the original payment source.

Approved refunds are generally processed within seven (7) to fourteen (14) business days, subject to banking and payment provider timelines.

10. Order Cancellation

Digital Products and Courses

Orders for digital products, online courses, and downloadable content generally cannot be cancelled once payment has been completed and access has been granted.

Physical Products

Orders for physical products may be cancelled only if they have not yet been processed, packed, dispatched, or shipped.

11. Fraud Prevention and Abuse

Reiki Jyoti reserves the right to refuse refunds, returns, replacements, or cancellations in cases involving fraudulent activity, policy abuse, unauthorized sharing of course materials, false claims, or violations of our Terms and Conditions.

12. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

Customers are encouraged to contact Reiki Jyoti before initiating a chargeback or payment dispute.

Reiki Jyoti may provide relevant records and transaction information to payment processors, financial institutions, or legal authorities when necessary.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Reiki Jyoti shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from the use of our website, products, courses, services, or consultations.

Our maximum liability shall not exceed the amount actually paid by the customer for the relevant product or service.
