Introduction
This Sales Policy outlines the terms and conditions governing all purchases made on the Reiki Jyoti platform. By completing a purchase on our website, you agree to the terms described in this policy.
1. Pricing
All prices listed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes. Course prices are fixed at the time of purchase. Reiki Jyoti reserves the right to change prices, offers, and discounts at any time without prior notice. The price displayed at checkout is the final amount payable. Promotional prices apply only for the duration of the offer period.
Note on GST: Reiki Jyoti is currently not registered under GST. Once our annual turnover exceeds the applicable threshold limit as prescribed under the GST Act, all prices will be updated to reflect GST charges accordingly. Customers will be notified of any such changes in advance.
2. Payment Methods
All payments are processed securely through Cashfree Payment Gateway. We accept UPI including Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, and BHIM. We accept all major credit cards including Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, and Amex. We accept debit cards from all major banks. We accept net banking from all major Indian banks. We accept mobile wallets including Paytm and Mobikwik. EMI is available on select cards. We also accept Direct Bank Transfer.
All transactions are encrypted and secured under PCI DSS standards through Cashfree.
3. Course Access
Upon successful payment, students receive lifetime access to purchased courses. Course materials including videos, notes, and resources are accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Access is granted to the registered account only and is non-transferable. Reiki Jyoti reserves the right to update or improve course content at any time.
Blog content is available under two subscription plans. The Monthly Plan provides full blog access for 1 month. The Yearly Plan provides full blog access for 12 months with priority updates. Subscriptions are automatically managed through your account dashboard. Access expires at the end of the subscription period unless renewed.
4. Offers, Discounts and Coupons
Reiki Jyoti offers seasonal discounts, limited-time offers, and promotional pricing throughout the year. Coupon codes may be applied at checkout to avail applicable discounts. Only one coupon code can be applied per transaction. Coupons cannot be combined with other ongoing offers unless explicitly stated. Expired or invalid coupons will not be accepted. Reiki Jyoti reserves the right to modify, cancel, or extend any offer at any time.
5. Order Confirmation and Digital Receipt
Upon successful payment, an order confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address. A digital receipt will be attached to the confirmation email. Your purchased course or subscription will be activated automatically within a few minutes. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 30 minutes, please check your spam folder or contact us at info@reikijyoti.com.
6. Account Responsibility
Each purchase is linked to a single registered account. Sharing account credentials or course access with others is strictly prohibited. Reiki Jyoti reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found violating this policy without refund.
7. Failed or Incomplete Transactions
In case of a failed transaction, please wait 24 hours before retrying. If the amount has been debited but access has not been granted, contact us immediately at info@reikijyoti.com. Refunds for failed transactions will be processed within 5 to 7 business days to the original payment source.
8. Pricing Changes
Reiki Jyoti reserves the right to revise course prices and subscription fees at any time. Price changes will not affect purchases already completed. Updated prices will be reflected on the website and communicated via email where applicable.
9. Governing Law
This Sales Policy is governed by the laws of India, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and all applicable regulations.
