Welcome to Reiki Jyoti. Below are answers to the most commonly asked questions about our platform, courses, payments, attunements, and policies.

General Questions

Q1. What is Reiki Jyoti?

Reiki Jyoti is an online learning platform offering Reiki and spiritual education courses in Assamese, English, and Hindi, designed for personal growth, self-healing awareness, and energy understanding.

Q2. Are the courses online or offline?

All courses are 100% online and accessible through your registered account after successful payment, anytime and anywhere.

Q3. Who can enroll in the courses?

Anyone 18 years of age or older can enroll. No prior Reiki experience is required unless specifically mentioned for advanced courses.

Q4. Is Reiki a medical treatment?

No. Reiki is a complementary spiritual and energy practice. It is not a substitute for medical treatment, diagnosis, or professional healthcare advice.

Q5. Does Reiki Jyoti guarantee results?

No. Reiki Jyoti does not guarantee specific physical, emotional, financial, or spiritual results. Individual experiences may vary.

Account and Registration

Q6. How do I create an account?

Visit the Student Registration page on our website. Enter your name, email address, and mobile number. Verify your mobile number via OTP. Your account will be activated immediately.

Q7. How many accounts can I create with one mobile number?

Only one account is permitted per mobile number. Creating multiple accounts is a violation of our Terms and Conditions.

Q8. How do I log in to my account?

Login is completed via OTP sent to your registered mobile number. You may save your login session on your device for convenience.

Q9. What if I do not receive the OTP?

Check your SMS inbox and spam folder. Wait 2 minutes and click Resend OTP. If the problem persists, contact us at info@reikijyoti.com.

Q10. Can I update my account details?

Yes. You can update your name and email from your Account Dashboard. To change your registered mobile number, please contact us at info@reikijyoti.com.

Q11. What if I forget my password?

Reiki Jyoti uses OTP-based login. No password is required. Simply enter your registered mobile number to receive an OTP and log in.

Courses

Q12. In which languages are courses available?

Courses are available in three languages — Assamese, English, and Hindi.

Q13. How do I enroll in a course?

Select your desired course. Complete the checkout process. Log in or create your account. Course access will be granted after payment confirmation.

Q14. Can I purchase multiple courses at the same time?

Yes. You may purchase multiple courses simultaneously. Each course provides independent lifetime access.

Q15. How long will I have access to the course?

All courses offer Lifetime Access. Once purchased, you can access the course anytime at your convenience.

Q16. What types of content are available in the courses?

Video lessons can be streamed on the platform or via YouTube but cannot be downloaded. PDF materials can be viewed and downloaded. Text lesson content can be read on the platform but cannot be copied. Images can be viewed and downloaded. Audio content can be listened to on the platform but cannot be downloaded. Live sessions are not available currently.

Q17. Can I download course videos?

No. Videos cannot be downloaded. They can be streamed directly on the Reiki Jyoti platform or via linked YouTube content.

Q18. Is screen recording or taking screenshots allowed?

No. Screen recording and screenshots of any course content are strictly prohibited. Violation will result in immediate account termination without refund.

Q19. Can I share my course login or materials?

No. Sharing login credentials, videos, PDFs, or any course materials is strictly prohibited. Violation may result in account termination without refund.

Q20. How many devices can I use to access my course?

Course content can be accessed from one device at a time per account. Simultaneous login from multiple devices is not permitted.

Q21. Can Reiki Jyoti change course content or pricing?

Yes. Reiki Jyoti reserves the right to modify course content, pricing, and website features at any time without prior notice.

Attunement

Q22. What is an Attunement?

Attunement is a spiritual process through which the ability to channel Reiki energy is transmitted. Certain courses include attunement as part of their curriculum.

Q23. How do I receive an Attunement?

After completing all course lessons, you may schedule your attunement session. The attunement will be conducted under the guidance of the instructor on your chosen date and time.

Q24. Can I receive more than one Attunement in a day?

No. Only one attunement session is permitted per day. If you have purchased multiple attunement courses, each attunement must be scheduled on separate days at your own convenience.

Q25. Can I choose the date and time for my Attunement?

Yes. You may schedule your attunement at a date and time that suits you.

Certificate

Q26. Will I receive a certificate after completing a course?

Yes. A digital completion certificate will be issued after successfully completing all lessons and requirements of the course.

Q27. When will I receive a certificate for an Attunement course?

For attunement courses, the certificate will be issued only after completing all course lessons and successfully receiving the attunement as guided by the instructor.

Q28. How will I receive my certificate?

Your certificate will be sent digitally to your registered email address.

Q29. Is the certificate transferable?

No. Certificates are non-transferable and are issued in the student’s registered name only.

Payment

Q30. What payment methods are accepted?

We accept payments through Cashfree Payment Gateway. Accepted methods include UPI such as Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, and BHIM. We accept Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, and Amex credit cards. We accept debit cards from all major banks. We accept net banking from all major Indian banks. We accept mobile wallets including Paytm and Mobikwik. EMI is available on select cards. We also accept Direct Bank Transfer.

Q31. Is online payment safe?

Yes. All payments are processed through Cashfree, which is fully PCI DSS compliant. We do not store your card, UPI, or banking details on our servers.

Q32. Will I receive a receipt after payment?

Yes. A digital receipt will be sent to your registered email address after every successful payment.

Q33. Where do I apply a coupon code?

Coupon codes can be applied on the checkout page. Enter your code and click Apply. The discount will be calculated automatically.

Q34. What happens after payment is successful?

You will receive a payment confirmation email with a digital receipt. Your course will be automatically activated in your account. You can start learning immediately.

Q35. What if payment is successful but course access is not received?

Please contact us at info@reikijyoti.com with your payment reference ID, registered email address, and screenshot of payment confirmation. We will resolve the issue within 48 hours.

Q36. What if my payment fails?

Please wait 24 hours before retrying. If the amount has been debited but access has not been granted, contact us immediately at info@reikijyoti.com.

Refund

Q37. Can I get a refund after purchasing a course?

Digital courses are non-refundable once accessed. However, refunds are considered in the following situations. Accidental purchase reported within 24 hours before accessing the course will receive a 100% refund. Technical issues where course access is not resolved within 7 business days will be fully refunded. Duplicate payments will be refunded within 3 to 7 business days.

Q38. Can I cancel my enrollment after purchase?

Once course access is activated, cancellations are not permitted except in exceptional cases as outlined in our Refund and Return Policy.

Q39. Is Blog Subscription refundable?

No. Blog subscriptions are strictly non-refundable once activated.

Blog Subscription

Q40. What is the Blog Subscription?

The Blog Subscription gives you full access to all motivational articles and blog content published on Reiki Jyoti.

Q41. What subscription plans are available?

Two plans are available. The Monthly Plan provides full blog access for 1 month. The Yearly Plan provides full blog access for 12 months with priority updates.

Q42. What happens when my subscription expires?

Access to blog content will be automatically deactivated at the end of your subscription period. You may renew your subscription to regain access.

Technical Support

Q43. What if videos are not playing?

Check your internet connection. Clear your browser cache and cookies. Update your browser to the latest version. Try a different browser or device. If the problem persists, contact us at info@reikijyoti.com.

Q44. What if I face login issues?

Ensure your mobile number is entered correctly. Click Resend OTP if OTP is not received. Clear browser cache and try again. Contact us at info@reikijyoti.com if the issue continues.

Privacy and Security

Q45. Is my personal information safe?

Yes. We follow strict data protection practices as outlined in our Privacy Policy, in compliance with the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Q46. Does Reiki Jyoti sell my personal data?

No. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third party for marketing purposes.

Legal

Q47. What law governs this website?

All services are governed by the laws of India, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.

Q48. Where will disputes be resolved?

Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at North Lakhimpur, Lakhimpur, Assam — 787001, India.
