At Reiki Jyoti, we are committed to providing high-quality spiritual education and energy healing courses. Since our products are primarily digital in nature, we have established this Refund and Return Policy to ensure fairness and transparency for all our customers. By making a purchase on our platform, you agree to the terms outlined in this policy.

1. Digital Courses — General Policy

All courses sold on Reiki Jyoti are digital products delivered instantly upon successful payment. No refund or return is applicable once a course has been accessed or viewed. Course content, videos, and materials are considered delivered upon granting of account access. We strongly encourage you to read the course description carefully before making a purchase.

2. Accidental Purchase — 100% Refund Eligibility

We understand that accidental purchases can happen. A full refund will be granted under the following strict conditions. The request must be made within 24 hours of purchase. The course must not have been browsed or accessed. The request must be sent to admin via email at info@reikijyoti.com.

If all three conditions are met, a 100% refund will be processed to the original payment method within 3 to 7 business days.

Important: If the course has been opened, browsed, or accessed even partially, the accidental purchase refund will not be applicable.

3. Refund Eligible Situations

Refunds will also be considered in the following circumstances.

Technical Issues: If you are permanently unable to access a purchased course due to a verified technical error on our platform, the issue must be reported within 48 hours of purchase. Our technical team will first attempt to resolve the issue. If unresolved within 7 business days, a full refund will be processed.

Course Access Not Granted: If payment is successful but course access is not granted within 2 hours, contact us immediately at info@reikijyoti.com with your payment receipt. If the issue cannot be resolved, a full refund will be processed within 3 to 7 business days.

Duplicate Payment: If you have been charged more than once for the same course due to a payment gateway error, the duplicate amount will be refunded within 3 to 7 business days to the original payment method. Supporting proof such as a bank statement or screenshot may be required.

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases. The course has been accessed, browsed, or viewed even partially. The accidental purchase was reported after 24 hours. The reason is a change of mind after course access. The reason is dissatisfaction with course content after access. The student failed to use the course within the access period. The account violated our Terms and Conditions.

5. Blog Subscription — No Refund Policy

All blog subscription plans including Monthly and Yearly are strictly non-refundable. Subscriptions are activated immediately upon payment. Unused subscription periods are not eligible for refund or transfer. We recommend reviewing available free content before subscribing.

6. Physical Products — Crystal and Other Products

For physical products such as crystals and other items sold through our platform, the following conditions apply.

Products eligible for return and refund include items received in damaged or broken condition, wrong products delivered, and products not delivered within the stated shipping period.

To be eligible for return, the request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery. The product must be unused and in original packaging. Clear photographs or video of the damaged or wrong product must be submitted as proof. Contact us at info@reikijyoti.com with your order details and proof.

Upon approval, the refund for physical products will be processed within 5 to 10 business days to the original payment method. Return shipping charges if applicable will be communicated at the time of approval.

Products not eligible for return include items damaged due to misuse or mishandling after delivery, return requests raised after 48 hours of delivery, and products returned without prior approval from admin.

7. How to Request a Refund

To initiate a refund request, email us at info@reikijyoti.com with the subject line Refund Request followed by your Order ID. Include your full name, registered email address, order ID or payment reference number, reason for refund request, and supporting proof if applicable. We will acknowledge your request within 24 hours and provide a resolution within 7 business days.

8. Refund Processing Timeline

Accidental purchase refunds for digital courses are processed within 3 to 7 business days. Technical issue and access not granted refunds are processed within 3 to 7 business days. Duplicate payment refunds are processed within 3 to 7 business days. Physical product return refunds are processed within 5 to 10 business days.

All refunds are processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. We do not issue refunds via cash, cheque, or alternate payment methods.

9. Governing Law

This Refund and Return Policy is governed by the laws of India, including the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and all applicable regulations.
